Special Ed Forum- Thunder Bay

The Chiefs of Ontario (COO) wish to invite all First Nation education staff to attend the following Special Education Sharing Forum

"BEHAVIOUR AND EXCEPTIONALITIES"

There is no registration fee if you are working for a First Nation.The registration fee for non First Nation is $300 (This includes members of the public, and or any outside organizations)  

Registrations are due by Monday Jan 8, 2018. 12:00 pm

Reservations must be booked by December 23, 2017

Individuals are required to pay and book their own reservations. A block of guest rooms will be available at the Valhalla Inn. Guest room rates are $ 119.00 (single/double occupancy),contact the Hotel at 1-800-964-1121 or (807) 577-1121 or by fax at (807) 475-4723 or email at reservations@valhallainn.com. The Hotel will honor reservations received by the above date. Reservations received after this date are subject to space availability and rate availability. Please quote booking number 180123CHIE.

Meals:
Registration includes breakfast, snacks and lunch buffet on both days.

Travel:
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to reimburse travel or hotel expenses for this event.
