DESCRIPTION:The Chiefs of Ontario and the Chiefs and Technical Committee on Languages and Learning are pleased to announce an upcoming First Nation Languages and Education forum for February 7 – 9, 2023. The event will be hosted in-person; however, there will be an online/virtual option.\nParticipants employed or designated by a First Nation or First Nation representative entity will be reimbursed for their travel costs and arrangements after the event. Other participants can register at no charge, but travel costs will not be reimbursed.  A block of rooms has been set aside at the Chelsea Hotel at a special rate of $169.00 per night plus applicable taxes. These rooms will be available at this rate until January 11, 2023.
