In unveiling its budget for 2016-2017, the Ontario government announced significant changes being made to the way it delivers the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). Under the newly designed program, the government will replace its existing provincial assistance programs with a single, targeted, non-repayable grant starting in the 2017-18 academic year.
