Request for Proposals: COO Education Sector:  First Nations Adult Education Program Delivery and Cost Analysis Project 

You are invited to submit a proposal for a project by the Chiefs of Ontario for the First Nations Adult Education Program Delivery and Cost Analysis Project.  

The project will aim to:

• Highlight the success of current First Nation administered adult education programs and delivery methods as currently funded by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC)
• Identify other First Nation Adult Education programs and delivery methods beyond current ISC program parameters,
• Provide estimated costs associated with program expansion which must also include costs for operations maintenance, and infrastructure.
